Your profile
As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you are our technical all-rounder with a clear goal: stable, secure and smooth-running systems – both in our customer networks and in our internal IT infrastructure.
You look after everything that keeps an IT landscape running: from networks to Windows and Linux servers to various IT services. You don't have to be a pure security expert – what's more important to us is your practical view, your technical understanding and your flair for recognizing problems at an early stage and reliably solving them in day-to-day business.
You operate and administer IT systems in the Windows and Linux environment and ensure stable and secure operation.
You maintain and monitor network infrastructures and ensure their availability and performance.
You identify technical problems at an early stage and develop efficient solutions to ensure smooth IT operations.
You look after the backup and monitoring infrastructure and monitor its proper operation.
You work continuously on the optimization and further development of our IT infrastructure and the associated IT service management processes.
You will provide IT user support, carry out briefings and training and create practical guidelines for our users.
You will be part of the on-call team so that you can also respond to faults outside of regular working hours.

Your talents
You have practical experience in the administration of IT systems under Windows and Linux.
You have sound knowledge of network technologies such as LAN, routing and firewalls and ideally have a good understanding of IT security basics.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and recognize technical problems at an early stage in order to resolve them efficiently.
You have experience in dealing with backup and monitoring systems and know how important reliable data backup is.
You are interested in the further development of IT infrastructures and the optimization of service processes.
You have a strong service orientation and a friendly and competent approach to users.
You have experience in the independent implementation of IT projects and enjoy working in a solution-oriented team.
You are willing to actively contribute as part of an on-call service and take responsibility for smooth operations.
